At On Point Family Practice, we offer same day and after-hours* doctor consultations to existing and regular patients to ensure you receive the personalised care you need, whenever you need it.

We understand the importance of continuity of care and we strive to have the doctor of your choosing at every review.

*After-hours doctor consultations are available every Tuesday and Thursday until 8:00 pm.

Dr Rebecca Conroy

General Practitioner

Dr Rebecca is passionate about providing high quality, patient centred care. Dr Rebecca has an interest in high risk pregnancy and is a GP obstetrician who has worked at Gympie Hospital and is currently a senior medical officer at Sunshine Coast University Hospital working in obstetric care. Rebecca enjoys treating a wide range of conditions in people of all ages.

Dr Katherine Leonard

General Practitioner

Dr Katie is a caring General Practitioner who strives to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred healthcare. Dr Katie enjoys the variety and continuity of care that general practice offers and is interested in all aspects of general practice. She is trained in Implanon insertion, performs minor skin procedures and offers iron infusions.

Dr Amy Langford-Ely

Dr Amy is a caring and experienced GP who strives to provide quality healthcare with a focus on prevention. Her special interest include all aspects of women's health, including pregnancy and family planning, as well as mental health support and assisting those with chronic disease ailments.

Dr Samantha Madeley

General Practitioner

Samantha is a compassionate and approachable Doctor. She believes in caring for the whole person, not just the illness. She enjoys seeing families and children. She graduated from the Griffith University School of Medicine in 2013.

Dr Tom Langford-Ely

With Dr Tom, you'll find a caring and experienced GP who prioritises your well-being. His passion for patient care extends to all aspects of General Practice, including special interests in skin cancer checks, children's health and chronic disease prevention. Dr Tom's approach is characterised by building strong relationships with his patients to better understand their needs and those of their families.

Dr Robyn Amring

Dr Robyn is fully engaged in all aspects of General Practice and is dedicated to ensuring the health and wellbeing of her patients. She provides support to women across all life stages, including sexual and reproductive health, antenatal shared care with SCUH menopause management, hormonal IUD and Implanon insertion and removal.

Dietitian (APD)

Melinda is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and certified fertility, prenatal and paediatric dietitian. She has over 10 years experience working in private practice.

Chris is an experienced GP with a straightforward, problem-solving approach to healthcare. With 15 years in practice, he has a focus on practical, evidence-based solutions to a wide range of health problems and aims to provide clear, effective care.

Dr Daniel Wilde

Daniel is an empathic and knowledgeable General Practitioner. Daniel thrives on the varied nature of General Practice and is genuinely interested in all areas of medicine. In particular, he is interested in preventative health, allergic diseases, sexual health, skin disease, children’s health, diving medicine and CASA aviation medicals.‍

Dr Kate Baggott is a caring and compassionate GP who grew up on the Sunshine Coast. Kate enjoys all aspects of general practice, and has a special interest in women’s and children’s health, and has completed a diploma in child health through the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network.
