Rebecca is passionate about providing high quality, patient centred care.
Rebecca grew up between Canberra and the Northern Territory before moving to Townsville to study Medicine at James Cook University, graduating in 2006. She enjoyed spending a number of years working across far North Queensland in remote communities before moving south for further training. She completed her advanced diploma in obstetrics and gynaecology as well as GP training, gaining fellowship with RACGP and ACRRM. Rebecca has an interest in high risk pregnancy and is a GP obstetrician who has worked at Gympie hospital and is currently a senior medical officer at Sunshine Coast University Hospital working in obstetric care.
Rebecca enjoys treating a wide range of conditions in people of all ages.
When not at work Rebecca loves enjoying the outdoors with her 3 kids.
